Building on the comprehensive plan we successfully implemented at Wrigley Field last season,
we've continued to work in close coordination with MLB, top health experts and local officials
to advance our health and safety protocols at Sloan Park.

We're taking extensive precautions to ensure our protocols cover all the bases and adhere to the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the State of Arizona and MLB guidelines.

regarding our COVID-19 guidelines and what you need to know before you visit Sloan Park.

Masking

  • In addition to Sloan Park staff, all guests two years or older will be required to wear a face covering at all times, unless you're actively eating or drinking while seated.
  • Face coverings should fully cover your mouth and nose and fit snugly against the sides of your face so there are no gaps.
  • Gaiters and masks with exhalation valves are prohibited.
  • If your mask is not compliant, Sloan Park staff will provide you with a disposable, surgical mask.

Physical Distancing

  • Whether you're entering the ballpark, enjoying the game in your seat or grabbing food in the concourse, you must practice physical distancing and keep a safe space between you and others.
  • Visual markers, signage and queue lines will be in place throughout Sloan Park to ensure compliance, facilitate traffic flow and prevent congestion in high-traffic areas, including restrooms, concession stands and the Cubs Team Store.
  • Practice fields at the Nike Performance Center and Riverview Baseball Complex are closed to the public and autographs are prohibited in and around Sloan Park.

Health & Hygiene

  • If you are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, for the safety of others, do not come to Sloan Park.
  • As part of your ticket purchase, you will be required to acknowledge the 2021 Chicago Cubs Ticket Terms and Conditions.
  • Per the CDC's preventative guidelines, wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. You'll also have easy access to several sanitization supply stations located throughout the ballpark with hand sanitizer available for staff and guests.
  • No smoking and no spitting inside Sloan Park.

  • Tickets will be available in pods of two, four and six in the seating bowl and in pods of two and four in the General Admission Lawn and Budweiser Rooftop sections.
  • For General Admission Lawn tickets, circles will be painted on the grass to ensure physical distancing between pods and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must have a General Admission Lawn ticket to enter this area.
  • Any ticket transfer or resale must be completed in advance of the game. To help maintain physical distancing, you will be required to sell all tickets in your pod to one party.
  • Party Decks and Suites will operate at reduced capacities to accommodate physical distancing.

We're going cashless for your safety and convenience.

When can I purchase tickets?

Tickets go on sale at noon MST Friday, February 19. You can purchase tickets on SloanPark.com.

How will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be available exclusively as mobile tickets and delivered via the MLB Ballpark app.

What if I need to transfer or resell my tickets?

Any ticket transfer or resale must be completed in advance of the game. To help maintain physical distancing, you will be required to sell all tickets in your pod to one party.

Can I purchase parking?

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Water in an unopened, factory-sealed plastic bottle is allowed in the ballpark. Soda and other beverages are not permitted. No glass bottles, cans or alcoholic beverages of any kind may be brought into Sloan Park. Hard-sided coolers and thermoses of any kind are not permitted into the ballpark; however, you can bring a personal amount of food into the ballpark.

Are you going cashless at Sloan Park?

Yes, Sloan Park will be cashless in 2021. From parking and retail to concessions and 50/50 raffle tickets, all purchases will be cashless and require a credit card.

How do I order food and beverages via my phone?

You can order food and beverages on your phone via the MLB Ballpark app or online via a scanned QR code.

To purchase concessions via the MLB Ballpark app
Open the app and click on the "Mobile Ordering" icon. Select your concession stand of choice from the Main Menu and add the food or beverage items you would like to purchase to your Cart. Confirm your order and check out using your preferred form of payment.

Once you complete your order, you'll be prompted to provide a telephone number and will be sent a link to a QR code via text. With your QR code, proceed to the concession stand through which you placed your order. There, head to the "Mobile Ordering" line and present your QR code to the cashier. For quality control purposes and your convenience, your order will be prepared once your QR code is scanned.

To purchase concessions via a QR code
Scan a QR code at Sloan Park. Once scanned, you will be presented with concession stand options. Select your concession stand of choice from the Main Menu and add the food or beverage items you would like to purchase to your Cart. Confirm your order and check out using your preferred form of payment.

Once you complete your order, you will be prompted to provide a telephone number and will be sent a link to a QR code via text. With your QR code, proceed to the concession stand through which you placed your order. There, head to the "Mobile Ordering" line and present your QR code to the cashier. How do I know when my mobile order is ready?

Can I order alcohol via mobile ordering?

Yes, alcohol is available via mobile ordering. You must be at least 21 years old to order. Please note if you order an alcoholic beverage, you will need to present a government-issued ID to the cashier.

Can I add items to my mobile order after it has been placed?

No. In order to add items to your order, you'll need to place a separate order.

If I place an order and do not pick up my items, will I be charged?

No, you will not be charged until your order is confirmed by showing your QR code to the cashier at the concession stand.

What if I only have cash?
